Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Pixalive app and website. By using Pixalive you agree to them. Purchases are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
Pixalive creates images and short videos from photos you provide, in the style of the template you choose, using artificial intelligence. Results are generated automatically and may differ from what you expect; they can contain mistakes.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 / 16 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Your account is anonymous and tied to your device; keep your device secure.
Credits, subscriptions and trials
- Creations cost credits: a photo trend 1 credit, a 5-second video 6 credits. A new account receives one free credit.
- If a creation fails, is refused by the safety filter or takes too long, its credits are returned automatically.
- Subscriptions (weekly, yearly) renew automatically until you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- The yearly plan may start with a free trial; if you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription begins and is charged.
- Credits from plans and packs have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are lost if you delete your account. They do not expire while your account exists.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Your photos and results
You keep the rights to the photos you upload and, as far as the law allows, to the results. You give us the permission needed to process your photos to make the results you ask for, and nothing more. We delete them from our servers within 30 days (see the Privacy Policy).
What you must not do
- Upload photos of other people without their permission, or photos you have no right to use.
- Upload sexual content, content involving minors in any inappropriate way, or content that is violent, hateful or illegal.
- Use results to deceive, impersonate a real person, harass, defame or mislead (for example passing a generated image off as a real event).
- Try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the service's limits and safety filters.
We may refuse a creation and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Disclaimers and liability
Pixalive is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that results will meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms; we will tell you in the app about significant changes. You can stop using Pixalive at any time and delete your data in Settings → Delete my data.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of country, and disputes go to the courts of city, without affecting the mandatory protections of the country where you live. Questions: [email protected]. Operator: legal entity name, registered address.
