Questions
Do I need an account?+
No. The app creates an anonymous account on your device. If you subscribe, Restore Purchases brings your subscription to a new device.
What happens to my photos?+
They are sent to our servers and our AI providers only to make your creation. We delete uploads and results within 30 days; your creations stay on your phone.
What if a creation fails?+
Its credits come back automatically, whether it failed, was refused by the safety filter or took too long.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
In iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pixalive. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
