Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Pixalive turns your photos into trend images and short videos. This policy explains what we collect to do that, why, who helps us, how long we keep it and how you can delete it. In short: no sign-up, no ads, no tracking, and your photos are deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Who we are
Pixalive is operated by legal entity name, registered address ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- An install identifier: a random code the app creates on your device and keeps in its secure storage. We use it to create an anonymous account; we never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Photos you choose to upload for a creation, and the images and videos we make from them.
- Your credit balance, the creations you started and their status.
- Purchase records: when you buy a subscription or credits, Apple processes the payment. Through RevenueCat we receive the product, transaction identifiers and the subscription status linked to your anonymous account. We never see your card or Apple ID details.
- Technical data: IP address and request details in server logs (kept for security), and the app's version and platform with each request.
- Crash reports, if a crash happens: device model, operating system version and technical details of the crash, collected through Firebase Crashlytics. They contain no photos.
We do not use advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other apps or websites, we do not show ads and we do not sell personal data. We do not create face templates or other biometric identifiers: your photos are only processed to make the result you asked for.
Why we use it
- To make your creations and deliver them to your device (performance of our contract with you).
- To count credits, process purchases and restore subscriptions (contract).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix crashes (our legitimate interest in a working, safe service).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping purchase records for accounting.
Who helps us
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf, under contracts that limit its use to providing their service to us:
- OpenAI (United States): generates images from your photo and the template you chose.
- Higgsfield: generates videos from a photo.
- Cloudflare: network, security and storage of uploaded photos and results (stored in the European Union).
- Hetzner (Germany): the servers that run our API and database.
- RevenueCat: manages in-app purchases and subscription status.
- Apple: processes payments and subscriptions through the App Store.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports.
AI providers receive only what is needed to make the result: the photo and the template's instructions, never your install identifier. Under their terms they may keep requests for a limited time for abuse monitoring. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or Türkiye, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses confirm transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos and the results: deleted from our servers within 30 days after the creation finished.
- Your anonymous account and credit balance: until you delete them.
- Purchase records: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Server logs: up to log retention, e.g. 30 days.
Your creations are also saved on your iPhone, where we cannot see or delete them. They are removed when you delete them in the app or delete the app.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings → Delete my data. This deletes your account, your photos and results on our servers and the creations on your device at once. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: cancel them in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can also write to [email protected].
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and for a copy of it. Because accounts are anonymous, we may need your install identifier or a purchase receipt to find your data; the app's Delete my data button works without any of that. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Pixalive is not directed to children under 13 / 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Do not upload photos of other people, including children, without the right to do so.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. The date at the top shows the latest version.
